Operation
VHT Engineering Minimum pressure valve maintain pressure required for the lubrication of oil-injected rotary compressor

1. At start-up the valves stays closed up to a preset level and the opens to maintain a minimum pressure in the air –oil separator, This assure pressure for lubricating the compressor reduces oil foaming and the air –oil separator element.

2. At shut –down the check valve closed to prevent back flow through the compressor.

Safety Valve ( ¼ to 3 inches)

Application: Safety valve is to protect the primary loop of pressurized water reactor against over - pressure. At a given set pressure the pressure relief valve, safety valves open and releases medium from pressurizer to the flash tank.

Operation The pressure relief valve, safety valve control the pressure in a system, which can build up by a process upset, instrument or equipment failure or fire. The pressure is relieved by allowing the pressurized fluid to flow from an auziliary passage out of the system.

The positive control regulators, compressor pressure regulator are modulate the intake valve and other system valves to control screw compressor output, installed to sense compressor output pressure.
