Air Intake Valves

VHT air intake valves installed at the compressor inlet, which is control compressor capacity. At start up the air intake valves, check valves stay open a control signal is applied to close the valve and restrict the flow. We are supplying air intake valve, check valve, compressor intake valve, screw compressor control valves.

During the normal operation the air intake valve, compressor intake valve opens and closed in response to a control signal to meet the downstream air derivation. At shut down, a build –in check valve closed to prevent back flow through the compressor

Oil Stop Valve

Application:
VHT Oil stop valve is designed for oil injected screw compressors, rotary screw air compressor
Application.

Operation:
The pilot port must be connected to compressor discharge upstream from the Minimum pressure valve and preferably to the wet side of the oil seprator.

The inlet port must be connected to downstream side of aoil cooler, thermal valve etc, to provide PSI pressure difference between the pilot and the inlet.
