VHT positive control regulator are govern capacity control devices of compressors, speed control devices of engines, blow down valves, blowdown valve kit and bypass valves.

Operation
The positive control regulators are modulate the intake valve and other system valves to control screw compressor output, installed to sense compressor output pressure.

This regulator control signal as compressor pressure increase.

Application
VHT Blowdown valves used to relief pressure from the separator of compressor, when it is switched off.

Operation
The blowdown valves provides two functions.

1. At start up the valve close to permit the are –oil separator pressure to build up
2. At shut-down, when a pressure is applied the valve opens to bleed the air –oil oil separator to atmosphere. The blow down valve may be used as a by-pass valve to bleed air though the compressor at start-up.

PULSE OPERATED SPRING RETURN ACTUATOR

Application:
VHT spring return actuator, actuator kit used in screw and reciprocating compressor.

Operation:
Actuator is used to operate Butterfly valve in section side. It is highly used to open the butterfly valve through section side as well as to close it.

The Cylinder is single acting.
